OUR PUPPIES ARE GUARANTEED AS FOLLOWS: ​  To be in good physical condition upon taking possession/arrival. The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours after taking possession/arrival. Failure of buyer to take said puppy for a physical examination to the vet within 48 hours of arrival voids puppy warranty in full. If within that 48 hours a veterinarian finds the puppy to be unfit for sale due to a Life Threatening Condition we will refund the price of the puppy or replace the puppy with a comparable puppy. Warranty is for puppy only. WE DO NOT COVER ANY VETERINARIAN FEES OR SHIPPING CHARGES. Our puppy guarantee is for 1 year against fatal and life altering congenital diseases, that adversely affect the health of the animal.  This guarantee will cover kidney, heart, pancreas, spine and liver problems of a severe, life threatening or altering nature.  If the dog dies within a 1 year time frame, the buyer must pay to have the animal autopsied to determine the reason. We reserve the right to get a second veterinarian opinion, at our expense.  If the reason is found to be one of the above-listed conditions, the buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy when available from an upcoming litter.  No cash refunds are given and we do not pay vet bills or shipping costs. THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER WHAT IN THE BULLDOG BREED IS CONSIDERED NORMAL: cherry eye, entropian, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, stenotic nares, over-heating, heat exhaustion, umbilical or inguinal hernias. . AGAIN ALL OF OUR PUPPIES ARE GIVEN A WELL PUPPY CHECK BEFORE LEAVING OUR HOME FOR YOURS. OUR VET HAS DEEMED THIS PUPPY HEALTHY AND READY TO BE DELIVERED IN TO YOUR LOVING, CAPABLE ARMS.
